Sessions are £50 per hour. However, I hold a low-cost therapy clinic for students and those on a limited income (£25 per hour). This clinic provides accessible therapy options at a reduced rate, ensuring that everyone has the opportunity to seek support and begin their healing journey. The duration of therapy varies based on individual needs and goals. It is your choice. Some clients find relief and clarity in just a few sessions, while others benefit from longer-term support.
